Once completed and we have some basic information about you and your symptoms, you’ll be contacted to arrange a no-obligation assessment where we can examine in more detail exactly what’s going on with your hearing condition and what we might be able to suggest or supply to help.
We also offer home visit hearing care, because we understand that for many reasons, people can’t make it to our clinics.

What To Expect at Your Appointment

On your visit to Natural Hearing you will be greeted by reception who will confirm your name and appointment details. You will be asked to take a seat in our comfortable waiting area until Max is ready to see you. Drinks may be offered and newspapers and magazines are available if the wait is longer than expected, but usually our clients will wait no longer than five-ten minutes. Please let us know if you are running late or need to rearrange your consultation and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
The assessments and treatments themselves are held in our brand new consultation space which is private and spacious, set just back from the reception area. Parents & partners are welcome to join the consultation as necessary and additional seating will be provided.
