Thank you to Sam and Max for a great level of service. At the initial meeting Sam was informative and he help me expedite the whole process from the get go.Max carried out my hearing test explained a number of features and benefits relating to different manufacturers. I ended up by the Signia product. He also arranged follow up meetings that worked around my busy schedule.I was expecting a good level of service from an independent supplier and I was not disappointed.Thank you both.

I drove all the way from Ilford with the nearly 5 year old to see Sam today and it was worth the drive!I was turned down by so many clinic who refused to see her as she was under 18/19yr.My cousin referred me to this clinic and I'm so glad i took my daughter who has been itching away at her ears for over a year. We saw the GP a few occasions kept saying the same thing again and again but I knew something wasn’t right as she is constantly at her ears! Sam managed to resolve this issue within minutes of seeing him! Definitely will be recommending family and friends!Thank you guys!!

Cant tell you how good these guys are.. service was spot on also accommodated me last minute.. where others had a much longer wait time for a booking! I was suffering for weeks waiting on doctors and specsavers to try and help out.. If i had found these guys sooner then would of not had to suffer as much with my blocked ear. I was very happy with the service and cant recommend them high enough!
